What’s something in your life that you should have cherished, but lost — something (or someone) that you took for granted that perhaps you regret now?

How do we teach those we love how to cherish what they have? How do we help them to recognize what’s most important in their lives? How do we help them hold dear to & show affection for these important things & people?
